The last thing i did before i was ban: i was playing cod mw 2, gettin ready for mw 3
after dinner i sign in to realized i was banned for Marketplace Theft
i didnt even know you could steal from the Marketplace
anyways im innocent (as far as the thefting goes) and i hate to see other people suffer

I myself had just gotten a nuke the night before i signed in to find out i was permanently banned. I am sorry to hear this my friend. Microsoft has won the battle, but they have no idea how badly they are going to lose the war.

well i just canceled my order of gears of war 3, i was so happy for it :/
what do microsoft think they would gain from this?
i wouldnt brother paying for a new account.

when microsoft loses the war they will be digging all the money out of their pockets. because they wont tell anyone the evidance because they have non and i will gladly sue them in the near future and take them to court.
