Got banned for something I did a long time ago.

Well as you know some people have hacked avatars and gamerscore. Some people go crazy with gamerscore. I didn't! They ban me for something so small such as avatar and gamerscore hacks but they let everyone with a JTAG go freely throughout the xbox live games and make mod menus and what not. Why do they treat the things I did like it's a big deal when they have to press a button to just reset it?! I've spent over a thousand dollars on this account just to be wasted..
