Xbox LIVE Notification of Permanent Suspension: Marketplace theft

Didnt do anything wrong Sad..

@XboxSupport on twitter told me to go to the suspended forums and post there about it Mad

Now.. 13 hours later after my 1st post.. they still didnt accept my posts and im getting kinda angry cuz i want to know what i did wrong. Sad


So then some guy tweeted the same thing happened to him and i had to post it here.

So thats what i did .. and now? Question scratch

I hear ya. I've been going through that whole process since 9/2/11. It's so frustrating and is making me angry. I was accused of "marketplace theft". I have talked to multiple people on the Xbox Support team on Twitter, and they have been mostly unhelpful, sending me in circles and telling me what I already know. I have posted on the forum I was directed to days ago, and that post never showed up. I posted the same post yesterday and it still hasn't shown up on the forums. I have visited those forums many times and have noticed posts that show up but are unanswered, and then are soon deleted after they show up. I am going to be persistent though, and that's the best advice I can give you. Let your voice be heard and don't give up on it if you truly feel MS has wronged you. Best of luck!

Wow same stuff happened to me, only i got banned yesterday..

i was like marketplace theft? I didnt stole any thing.. if i wanted some thing i bought MSP.. so im going to call them and let my voice hear as u said. cheers

Yea man, at this point all you can really do is call them and bitch at them over the phone. Let them hear your story and they will probably agree that it is some f***ed up sh*t. Thats what i did, to 6 customer support agents and 5 supervisors lol.
